Requirements:FLORIDA BOATING LAW: A person who was born on or after January 1, 1988, must have completed a boater education course approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) or passed an approved equivalency exam to operate a vessel powered by a motor of 10 horsepower or greater (including PWCs). Complete your online Florida State–Approved Boat Rental Course here: boat-ed com/floridarental/ This vessel is strictly forbidden to go out on the ocean, must stay within the bay area! No fishing please! No kids younger than 3 years. No pets allowed & no smoking. Returned boat in dirty condition that requires more than a washdown with hose is subject to extra cleaning fee which could be up to $250. FUEL IS NOT INCLUDED in the rental price and a gas fee may vary from $50 up to $120 depending on a rental time. Half day is considered as 4hours rental and Full day as 8hrs rental in boating terminology.
After 20min Late return fee is $80 per hour.

Cancellation Policy:Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start date.
50% refund for cancellations between 2-5 days before the booking start date.
Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start date are non-refundable.
