Rental Details

Requirements:• Removal of shoes required. Please place in the shoe bin provided.
• No smoking.
• No glassware on board.
• First Mate required for drink and boat assistance.
• Life jackets required on children ages 5 and under at all times.
• Anyone consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older.
• Use of drugs is not permitted.
• Captain Cory is in charge at all times.
• Be respectful of all belongings on board.
• No property is to be removed.
• Keep feet and all other body parts inside the boat while in motion.
• No standing on the sides, swim platform, or bow while boat is in motion.
• Do not sit on the bow’s glass windows.
• No diving or jumping off boat, unless from swim platform ONLY. Boat must be anchored.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Sofi B. Luxury Rentals, LLC and all of its employees are not liable for loss or damage of personal items, injury, or death.
• No littering.
• Clean up after yourself. Please notify the First Mate of any spills or damages.
• No more than 6 people on board.
