Cancellation Policy: Things happen. We get it. Guests who cancel with us up to 72 hours before their scheduled departure time will receive a full refund of their deposit (minus $50 admin fee) or they can choose to apply their deposit toward a future charter within one (1) year of cancellation. If a reservation is canceled by a guest within the 72-hour departure window, no refunds on deposits will be granted.
