Cancellation Policy: Cancellations: Cancellations requested 30 days or more in advance of departure date will be allowed to re-schedule or receive a full refund. Within 30 days of departure date customers will be eligible for a re-schedule or full-value company credit, but will not be entitled to a refund of deposit paid. Within 48 hours of departure time no re-scheduling or refunding will be allowed. The full value of the charter must be paid. Cancellations due to Inclement Weather: Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Charters will only be cancelled in the event of severe weather which make the trip dangerous to operate. The charter WILL still depart in the event of mild weather conditions like clouds or wind
