Cancellation Policy: Terms and Conditions -The client must pay an advance to block the vessel. - If "the client" does not attend with the number of people for whom he was hired the service must cover the established price. - "The client" must be punctual with the time agreed for the service otherwise no overtime will be given. - If the captaincy of the port corresponding to the region in question determines that the navigation conditions are not favorable for climatic reasons "CLOSED PORT", "the provider" will give the client the option of rescheduling the service or be fully refunded. -The client will get a full refund if they cancel the trip up to 7 days prior to the sailing date. - Transportation is not included. - Prices do not include tips. - Prices are in US$ and are subject to the official exchange rate.
