This boat comes with an experienced captain to take you all around the Lake and show you the best views of this region of North Carolina. Additional guests are welcomed, but will incur an additional fee. On weekdays, each additional person is $20. On weekends, each additional person is $25. - Book additional boating hours at $250 per hour - Add up to 6 jet-skis to your booking for a flat rate of $200 per unit. - The jet-ski and boat rental windows will run concurrently

Requirements: To secure your reservation, the total amount of your booking + the $300 security deposit will be charged to your card when the reservation is finalized. If there are no post-rental, incidental, add-on nor incurred charges during your trip, the security deposit will be returned in full following the conclusion of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Minimum Cancellation Fee: $250 - Reservations cancelled 7 or more days prior to the scheduled departure time will receive a refund of the rental fees and security deposit minus a $250 cancellation fee. - Reservations cancelled within 4-6 days of the scheduled departure time will allow for a 75% refund of the rental fee + the full amount of the security deposit. - Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled departure time will allow for a 50% refund of the rental fee + the full amount of the security deposit. - Reservations cancelled within 24-48 hours of scheduled departure time will allow for a 25% refund of the rental fee + the full amount of the security deposit. - No-shows and reservations that are cancelled the day of the scheduled reservation will not be eligible for any refund of the rental fees. However, the security deposit will be returned. - There will be no form of refunds, cancellations or re-schedules allowed once the boat leaves the dock. WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY: Weather-related cancellations will only be called the morning of the booking and no sooner in advance due to possible changes in the forecast. If extreme or unsafe weather conditions prevent a trip from taking place, guests are allowed to re-schedule their booking for another date within 30 days of the initially reserved date. If a new date is not booked within the 30 days, no refund will be offered. If we’re unable to secure another date for your trip (for example, if guests are from out of town), a full refund will be provided, including the security deposit. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: The rental fee charged will be the amount quoted at the time of reservation regardless of whether or not the guests’ arrival time allows for the full boating time to be met.
